Hotel conditions and house rules

1. Reservations and cancellations
1.1 Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by e-mail. 1.2 A credit card number may be requested to guarantee a reservation.
1.3 Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival date from booking date will be charged 25%.
1.4 If cancelled 2-4 weeks before arrival date from booking date, 50% will be charged.
1.5 If cancelled 5-14 days before arrival date from booking date, 75% will be charged.
1.6. In case of no-show (failure to appear without cancellation), the full amount will be charged.

2. Arrival and check-in

2.1 Check-in is possible from 15:00. If you check in after 21:00 (midnight or early morning), we kindly ask you to report to reception the following morning.
2.2 Upon arrival, please check your room for any (technical) defects. Despite our careful checking, there may be faults. Please report any problems immediately to reception.

3. Checkout
3.1 Payment for your reservation must be made before arrival. If you booked online, you will have paid at the time of booking and received your invoice by email. 3.2 We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and IBAN payments. Cheques are not accepted.
3.3 For processing credit card payments, 3% will be charged a service fee.
3.4 If a company's name is to appear on the invoice, please indicate this before the invoice is issued. No new invoice will be issued after payment.

4. Luggage storage
4.1 The hotel offers you the possibility of storing your luggage when you travel on an interim basis. Luggage storage is located in a locked room.
4.2 The hotel is not liable for any damage or loss of luggage.
5. Check-out and Late Check-out

5.1 Check-out must be before 11:00 am.
5.2 Late check-out is possible based on availability. The cost for a late check-out until 14:00 is €40/USD 45.
5.3 We kindly ask you to inform reception before 09:00 if you wish to use late check-out.

6. Electricity

6.1 All sockets in the hotel are rated 110V.

7. Pets

7.1 Pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs.

8. Night porter

8.1 After the reception desk closes at 21:00, the night porter will be present. The night porter does not perform any reception duties and will only accept room keys on departure or hand them over on arrival.

9. Parker

9.1 You can park free of charge in front of and opposite the hotel building.

10. Laundry and ironing service

10.1 The hotel offers a laundry service. Garments you wish to have washed can be dropped off at the reception before 15:00. You will receive the washed garments back the next day.
10.2 An ironing board and iron are available from reception on request.
10.3 For ironing service, you can drop off garments at the reception before 15:00. You will receive the ironed garments back the next day.

11. Tours and Trips

11.1 A day trip or multi-day tour can be booked through our tour operator. An appointment can be made with our tour operator at reception.

12. Lost and found

12.1 Lost property should be handed in at reception.
12.2 Lost items will be kept for two months. If you have forgotten something in the room, you can choose to pick up the item yourself or have it shipped, in which case shipping costs will be charged.
13. Room rules
13.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas within the hotel.
13.2 The maximum number of guests per room depends on the room type, as indicated during booking.
13.3 The use of open flames (such as candles) in the rooms is prohibited.
13.4 Guests are kindly requested to respect peace and quiet in the hotel after 10pm.

14. Responsibility and Liability

14.1 The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
14.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them to the hotel or its property.

15. Other Conditions

15.1 The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests who do not comply with the hotel conditions.
15.2 The hotel is not responsible for force majeure situations (e.g. natural disasters, government measures) affecting the stay.
