Check your room on arrival. Despite our careful checks, we still ask you to check your room for any (technical) defects immediately after check-in and report it to reception immediately
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and IBAN payments. Cheques are not accepted. We charge a 3% fee for a credit card payment.
Payment for your reservation will be made before arrival. If you booked online, you paid at the time of booking and received your invoice by email.
If your invoice requires the name of a company, please indicate this before the invoice is issued. We are not obliged to issue a new invoice after payment.
The hotel offers you the option of storing your luggage when you travel on an interim basis. Our luggage storage is a locked room located in the lobby. The hotel is not liable for any damage or loss.
Check-in is possible from 15:00. If you check-in after 21:00 (midnight or early morning) when the reception is closed, we kindly ask you to report to the reception the next morning.
Check-out is possible until 11:00.
LATE CHECK-OUT A late check-out is possible only on the basis of availability, please understand if this is not possible. The additional cost for a late check-out until 14:00 is €35/USD 40. We kindly ask you to inform reception before 09:00 if you wish to make use of this facility.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel
Our night porter is present after reception closes at 21:00. Our night porter does not perform any reception duties and will only accept room keys on departure or hand them over on arrival
Free parking in front of and opposite the building
An ironing board and iron are available at reception on request.
We offer an ironing service to our guests. The cost is between Srd 80.00 and Srd 150.00 per garment. If you wish to have garments ironed, please drop them off at reception before 15:00. You will receive the ironed garments the next day.

You can book a day trip or multi-day tour through our tour operator. You can make an appointment with our tour operator at reception.
LOST AND FOUND
If you find an object in the hotel that belongs to someone else, please hand it in at reception.
If you forgot something in the room, you can choose to come and collect the lost item or have it sent. If you choose to send it, shipping costs will be charged.
Lost property will be kept for two months
